Detail: Z-Force Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a comprehensive grappling school that focuses on all aspects of ground fighting. Z-Force Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has both Gi and No-Gi classes every night so both grappling styles are given equal attention because there are advantages to learning both. Z-Force Also has takedown classes every week because we all know if a person wants to learn grappling he /she must know how to get the fight to the ground. The academy is equipped with top of the line mats and wall mats which makes for the safest possible training environment. The Facility also has high ceilings, shower, sauna and an air conditioned training environment. All classes are taught by 2nd Degree Black Belt Alan Zborovsky.
