Detail: Founded in 1968 by Sensei Jack Krystek, The Krystek School of Judo, Self Defense & Fitness is different from any other you will find. We are deeply rooted in tradition with a focus on continuous evolution. Whatever your goals may be, we offer a wide array of programs for adults and children to help you attain them. Some of the many benefits you can look forward to experiencing here at Krystek’s are improved physical fitness, increased focus, confidence, self-esteem, and an overall sense of well being. We teach only small group classes, semi-private and private lessons. In every class, each student receives the personal attention of the instructor. Our kid’s classes are age-appropriate and specific. Children have the option of Judo and/or our MMA Self Defense class (Jiu-Jitsu Modern style). In each and every class we address character development with "mat chats" and open discussions through the number-one character development system in America: Powerful Words.
