Sensei Duffy and the qualified instructors here follow the etiquette and discipline with which they were taught. Sensei Duffy has been teaching karate to adults, teens and children for 3 decades. Students here are encouraged to exercise their mind, body and spirit while learning self defense. It is our belief that through strenuous training we follow a path toward reaching our goals and a more enjoyable life.
