Detail: American Black Belt is a long running Martial Arts Association. It was one of the first to be practiced in the United States. Grandmaster John Stellingwerf has been practicing for over twenty years and is bringing his knowledge to the new generation. With the help of both Sensei Szakmary and Sensei Groom, they will help students to reach their full potential. At American Black Belt Martial Arts we base teachings on Self-Control, Concentration & Disicpline. The school is very child friendly with a balance of work and fun. Both Children and Adults can find a place at our school and make long lasting friendships to last a life time. On Mondays and Wednesdays we have an adult class. This class is for adults only where you can work at your own pace. This class is 7:30 - 8:30pm and is taught by Sensei Szakmary and Sensei Groom. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:30pm, is a Modified Mixed Martial Arts Class that is taught by Sensei Groom & Sensei Szakmary. You will learn basics of fighting and real excersies that the pros do. Saturday, 10 AM, Sensei Szakmary has a special needs class for teenagers. They will learn everything that you would in the weekly class but will receive more one on one time with Sensei Szakmary. We have several children's classes throughout the week as well as clubs that our students may join.
