Detail: We provide classes for adults and children in Astoria Queens. Our mission is to help our students achieve their personal and fitness goals by learning self defense skills and getting in shape in a safe and fun atmosphere. Our school was founded by Sensei Rivera and his wife M. Pagan, a licensed children's therapist. This combination makes our school unique because we combine the benefits of martial arts with a specialty in child development and emotional well-being. We specialize in helping our kids to develop skills that will help them be successful in school and in their lives. We assist them in increasing self esteem, learning how to deal with bullies, manage anger and increase concentration. We provide classes for all fitness levels in: Mixed Martial Arts, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Personal Trainer, nutrition, Muay Thai, Israeli Self Defense, and Self Defense for men and women.
