Detail: Our approach to teaching Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and our eclectic style of Martial Arts, comes from our Head Instructor, Mr. Sigala, 8th Degree Black Belt. Over the last four decades of training and developing himself and his students, he has streamlined the martial arts techniques that we practice, removing the ineffective methods that do not work in real life application, while combining the most effective methods from other styles of martial arts. Our system is now a combination of the most useful and powerful techniques of Tae Kwan Do, Hapkido, Muy Thai, boxing, grappling and scientific street fighting. Our program is designed for all ages. We provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere that promotes individual growth and development, allowing all of our students to build confidence in order to reach their goals and get in shape at any age. You will build experience and learn the most effective martial arts techniques while having fun and enjoyment in a family friendly environment.
