We are a family oriented school in which the emphasis of martial arts is not to fight but to defend yourself .Our curriculum includes: Adults: Self- defense, Cardio Vascular work out, Yoga and Weapons. Children: Confidence , Self-Control Meditation and Physical Fitness.
