Program Name: Victory Taekwondo Academy
Program Address: 21 Route 31 N, Ste A4, Pennington NJ
Contact Phone: (609) 730-1520
Website: http://www.kickkim.com
Detail: We opened in September 2003. Currently there are over a 150 students ranging in age 3 and up. The classes are broken up into sections. During a class students will stretch, spar, learn self-defense, practice forms, work on techniques, and often times do cardio or muscular workouts. Children's classes are similar, but are designed to be doable for young children. Although Victory Taekwondo is a registered member of the World Taekwondo Federation, Master Kim blends the many styles he has learned in order to create the best training program. His children's program has an emphasis on discipline, courage,self- control, and focus. In 2005 Victory Taekwondo began an annual tradition of holding demonstrations to benefit non-profit organizations. The demonstrations are done by the demo team which was created shortly after the first demo took place. The team is comprised of the most committed and best students at Victory Taekwondo. They train in a variety of techniques that are complex and are designed specifically for demo teams. Currently the Victory Taekwondo holds between 2 and 4 demos a year.
