Detail: Tae Kwon Do is the most recognized form of Korean martial arts, dating back many centuries. In Korea, Tae Kwon Do is translated as foot-hand art but is more commonly translated as the way of the foot and fist (“tae†means to strike or break with foot, “kwon†means to strike or break with fist, and “do†means way / art / method). The practice of Martial arts develops one's self physically, mentally, spiritually and builds good character. At Pinoy Dragon we focus on physical fitness, self-defense skills, athletic ability, enhancement of one’s speed, power, and flexibility, the development of versatile and well rounded Martial Artists, and the ability to focus and concentrate. Tae Kwon Do will help develop determination and strong minds by teaching that anything is possible, through a “Yes, I Can†attitude. Students learn to believe in themselves and what they are doing, and to never give up. They develop respect, discipline, control, and a positive mental attitude. As a professional fifth level black belt and Tae Kwon Do instructor, Master Marlon Hudak offers Tae Kwon Do classes to all ages as well as Cardio/Kickboxing classes for adults. All of our classes are taught in a safe, fun and high-energy environment. Master Hudak successfully creates a fun and family-friendly atmosphere for his students and their families. In addition to classes, events such as annual picnics, 'movie night', Holiday parties, etc. are held for his students and their families to enjoy.
