Our classes are the perfect blend of karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, character development and respect -all in a postive environment. Aside from our popular children's programs, we also offer adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. Our adult classes are one hour of drills, techniques and grappling in a non-intimidating environment. Our students vary in age, fitness level, and exeperience. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced competitor, you'll find that our program is right for you.
