Detail: We offer effective self-defense training for students at any age. Our youngest students begin at age four, our oldest black belts are the liveliest members of the AARP. We welcome transfers from other martial art styles and will custom-design a training program for individuals with special challenges or needs. We offer separate classes for beginners and an exciting introductory program to show new students our school. Because we remain true to our traditional roots, we refuse to tie down our students with long-term contracts. We have programs for karate, kardio kickboxing, self defense and body sculpting. We will work with you to help you meet your own personal goals.
