Whether you are looking for a great work out and to learn self defense skills or you want more gentle exercise that still incorporates better mind-body control, enhanced physical flexibility, improved strength and focus, we have a program that fits your needs. Be sure to check out our Class Offerings for more details on our Kung Fu, Chi Kung and Meditation Classes. We understand that our students lead busy lives and need a flexible class schedule that is why we're open 7 days a week and we offer an open-schedule policy.
