Detail: At Allison's we practice traditional Goju-Ryu Karate straight from the heart of Okinawa. Founded by Chojun Miyagi, this style is rooted purely in self-defense and bettering oneself in mind, body, spirit, and character. Here we practice this art in an atmosphere perfect for all talents, abilities, and backgrounds. We stress dedication, hard work, perseverance, and we seek above all to forge a strong, positive, and healthy attitude in all of our students. All are welcome in our dojo, and we encourage you to come in and see one of our classes for yourself. We teach children as young as 5 years old on up, and adults of all ages.
