Detail: At Malandra's Martial Arts Center our goal is to help our students realize their greatest potential, both physically and mentally. We strive to accomplish this mission not just by training the body, but by training the mind as well. This means we constantly challenge our students to attempt new things and encourage them to be their very best. We help them develop the confidence in themselves and their abilities so they can overcome difficult obstacles and meet challenges head-on, rather than giving up. Our students learn how to build upon their natural instincts and react from a position of strength. Through Mushin Do they acquire the skills necessary to effectively defend themselves and respond in a free-flowing manner. They apply this knowledge in all aspects of their lives and begin to develop into true martial artists. At Malandra's Martial Arts Center, we're proud to say our students learn a great deal in a short time about who they are.
