Detail: One of the only martial arts schools in the area to start teaching children at 2 1/2 years old! We have the BEST Instructors in the State to teach all our disciplines! Classes are age appropreiate for toddlers (age 2 1/2 to 5), children (ages 6 - 12), teens & adults (ages 13 & up). Our Cardio Kickboxing is Ladies ONLY in the evenings and co-ed in the mornings. All our instructors are certified in their specialty. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!
