Having studied the martial arts since childhood, Sifu Silva understands the needs of the aspiring martial arts student regardless of age, experience or ability. For children, an enthusiastic, yet disciplined atmosphere fills each and every class. Children learn how to have confidence and overcome shyness while at the same time improving focus and concentration. Each child learns to respect himself/herself and others, as well as how to effectively escape from an attacker in a safe and fun environment.
