Detail: Sifu (Chinese for teacher) Jack is one of a few living instructors who was born into a family of martial artists, and can therefore claim a direct lineage in Kenpo. His relatives saw fit to begin his education from when he was a young boy, so he has effectively lived and breathed martial arts all his life. Having parents and grandparents who were practiced in the arts of Shorin Ryu, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo and Hapkido, Sifu continued his studies as a US Marine in the 70s, where he continued to win competitions for kata and fighting. Sifu Jack has also been a part of Tracy's Karate most of his life by way of Grand Master J.T. Will, Grand Master Dick Willett (one of the greatest fighters of all time), and Grand Master Orned "Chicken" Gabriel. He graduated to 7th dan black belt in their system. Students all over the world continue to hear about Sifu Jack's expertise and come specifically to train with him.
