You do not need to be in great shape to start. No previous martial arts experience necessary. Self-defense, sparring, stretching, and aerobics are conducted in a non-competitive environment for people of all athletic abilities. Enjoy plenty of one-on-one instruction to ensure safe and proper technique. Plenty of space, practice, and repetition. Separate classes for adults and children.
