Detail: Students join our Martial Arts program for different reasons. These reasons may include: Self confidence Self discipline Self defense Improve fitness Develop Concentration Develop Coordination Develop Core Strength Sense of Community and Belonging With all this in mind, we will focus on the students' needs and goals. No matter what age range or skill level, every student will find an enjoyable, friendly and relaxed environment where they can learn self defense skills and honorable values. We offer Children's Karate programs based on age range. The children will learn traditional kicks and punches, with an emphasis on agility, balance, coordination, humility and RESPECT for themselves, their parents and their peers. In order to promote learning, classes are not taught in a militaristic manner as in some schools, nor do we just play games. Of course our training is taken very seriously and students are expected to work hard, but with a balance of friendly and professional atmosphere. In order to better ourselves as martial artists, we encourage everybody to work together as a team to improve their skills and develop a positive attitude in regards to training.
