Detail: We study a traditional style of Taekwondo, that incorporates self-defense, as well as, sport aspects. There is something for everyone! Our school also integrates joint locks and weapons training into our curriculum at higher levels. What makes us “fitness� Well, take a regular Taekwondo class and see for yourself. Or, for those not interested in martial arts, you can check out our AIMFit Program. AIMFit is an intense, full body workout that develops strength, flexibility and endurance. Think: Cardio Kickboxing PLUS!
