Detail: Our goal is the development of the mind, body and spirit through training in the martial arts. Run by Master David Carr, who has studiedin martial arts since 1972, currently holding a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 3rd Dan in Karate, 3rd Dan in Hapkido and a 6th degree in Han Mu Do. We primarily teach Han Mu Do which encompasses a balanced approach to self defense. Keeping with the idea of balance we also offer Yoga. Tai Chi & Kickboxing Areobics
