Detail: We are an informal, casual group with a variety of backgrounds. Many of us have practiced a number of martial art styles, and naturally grew to the "internal" styles of martial arts. We are now more like a club than a formal school. If you are looking for welcoming, fun, focused sessions of solid training in an advanced style, you may have found the correct group! If you are looking for a drill Sargent to beat it into you, you need a different group! Be as light as a feather and strong as a bear.
