Here you train hard, develop proficiency of theory and technique, and then you progress accordingly. At One Kung Fu we offer classes suitable for men, women and children of all fitness levels. You will also enjoy the small class sizes where you learn balance, coordination, timing, feeling, self control of the mind and body, proper body mechanics, and how to deliver power. Your first class is always free!
