Detail: Jay Stohl is certified in the United States Moo Duk Kwan Federation as a Certified Instructor. He currently holds the rank of 4th Dan and has accumulated over 16 years of martial arts training and teaching experience. Jay is national ranked fighter and has won numerous championships in tournament sparring. In 2004 to 2006 he lead Minnesota's Region 7 sparring team to a record of 3 national championships in a row. Now as the head coach and trainer of the sparring team, they have won 5 times in a row. Along with a full compliment of his certified and assistant instructors, Karate Junction shines through as an exceptional martial arts school.
