Detail: Our club is a private, non-profit organization 501(c)3 – all fees, contributions, and funds raised or collected by the club at all levels are used to develop, promote, and enhance youth soccer in Hampton Roads. The entire club is divided into four separate levels of play – Recreation Soccer (U4-U16), Advanced Soccer (U9-U19), Junior Academy Soccer (U6-U10), and Travel Soccer (U11-U19). Beach FC Recreation (formerly NYSL) provides the grassroots or “Recreation†level and the intermediate or “Advanced†level. Beach FC Travel provides the highest level, or “Travel†soccer along with the Junior Academy program (U6-U10). Together all programs form a fully integrated vertical developmental model. Mission Statement: To provide every child from age 3 to 18 the opportunity to play soccer in a supportive, rewarding, and safe environment that emphasizes fun, a balance between individual skill development and team building, learning of life skills at a level that fits each player’s interest and ability, and which creates a challenging environment for the teams and players that aspire to reach their full potential.
