Detail: VYSL was created in 1995 by a team of 8-10 concerned soccer enthusiasts who desired a more well-rounded soccer program for the youth of Victorville. This team of 10, met with City Council members; made presentations to the Park & Recreation Committee; and spent countless hours meeting with experts within CYSA, and District 5, in particular. We kicked off our Inaugural Opening Day with a big soccer celebration, complete with game booths, a dunk tank, a skills competition, and a coaches scrimmage. Our league began with just over 400 players and has now reached up to 900. We offer the Best in Youth Soccer in the High Desert. Our divisions range in age from 4 1/2 years and continue to 17 1/2 years. Our fields are located at Mesa Linda Park and Mesa Linda School. TOPSoccer program available for special needs athletes.
