Detail: Old Dominion Soccer Club (ODSC) was formed in 1996 to offer an opportunity for youth soccer players to participate in a travel soccer program in the Under 10 through Under 19 age groups for boys and girls. Our boys’ and girls’ travel teams play in the Virginia Soccer League Inc. (VSLI). ODSC teams also compete in various travel tournaments in and out of the state of Virginia as well as State Cup play. Tournament selection is done by the team itself, not the club. ODSC’s club philosophy is to provide our players, parents and coaches with the best “soccer experience†available through a positive learning environment that breeds individual and team success. ODSC strives to develop outstanding soccer players while instilling a passion for the game through a “positive learning environment†vs. a “win at all cost environmentâ€. At ODSC, the players make up the teams and the teams make up the Club. The Club is there to support the needs of the players, coaches and teams.
