Detail: Indiana Invaders is a non-profit organization founded by Mario Manta and inspired by his passion for the game. Mario played four years of soccer at Notre Dame and maintains strong ties to the Notre Dame men’s soccer program. In the late 1990s, Mario developed the Indiana Invaders men’s PDL team, a minor league team which plays in the USL. Since then, Invaders has added high school and youth programs so that players from age 4 and up can enjoy year-round play outdoors and in the indoor facility. In less than five years the Invaders built one of the strongest youth programs in Indiana. The U15 girls qualified for the prestigous President’s Cup National Tournament. The 96 Boys shocked the Midwest by winning the Super Y Division and qualifying for Nationals in November. The Invaders have assembled a coaching staff consisting of ex professionals, college, youth and high school coaches that are experienced players and teachers of the game, and many of them bring international experience to their youth teams. The Indiana Invaders Complex is located on the west side of South Bend, close to the South Bend Regional Airport and the Bypass. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you have questions about our programs.
