Detail: The purpose of FCS shall be to promote, foster, and perpetuate the game of soccer at the youth level. FCS aims to provide fun and enjoyable programs suitable for all ages at a recreational level and, as an option, at a more competitive travel level to develop the understanding, sportsmanship, and skill of soccer. The purpose shall be to maintain the club philosophy in all functions and programs. The FCS philosophy can be revised with full board approval when necessary. FCS and its participants will strive to be positive ambassadors of soccer in a respectful, lawful, cooperative, and inclusive manner within the community. The purpose of FCS will be limited to charitable and educational activities within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
