Detail: The Y’s early childhood center is designed to help children grow cognitively, emotionally, physically, socially and creatively. The activities in the classrooms support the Kentucky Early Childhood Standards as we strive to develop skills in the children that will prepare them for success in school. The Y embraces the Creative Curriculum which focuses on four major areas of development: social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language.
