Detail: astro's Martial Arts opened it's doors in Shelby Twp on April 15th, 1994. Our mission statement is "to provide the best in martial arts training in the most updated and clean facility." After 10 years in our original facility at 23 Mile and Shelby, we moved less than a mile away to a new building at 23 Mile and Mound Road. Please stop by for a tour of our new school. The main art that we teach is Kenpo Karate, a very effective and practical self-defense system. Kenpo Karate is an art that everyone can learn. We are committed to providing quality martial arts instruction to each and every student. We place a strong emphasis on discipline and respect. We look forward to serving you. Learning is the key to all our work. Our teaching is done as if we were working with our own family.
