Detail: Cooper's New England Martial Arts school initially opened in July 2008 at a temporary location at the Civic League in Framingham, MA and officially opened in February 2009 in Marlborough, MA. Then in January 2010, we have expanded our facility taking on additional spaces within the basement of 201 Boston Post Rd. West office building in RK Center. We offer high quality instruction in Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. Our school is a high octane, fun and friendly environment where students work hard and train seriously but at the same time, having fun doing it. Our school not only to teaches martial art techniques but we also encourage our students to help and respect each other. Students are educated through positive reinforcement and teaching the importance of being open minded to new ways of doing things. The school is owned by K. Cooper Pereira "Master Cooper", and his wife Yuli Okada-Pereira "Ms. Yuli. Master Cooper has a lifetime experience of various styles of martial art while Ms Yuli began her martial art training in 1992. Their daughter Mayako Calisto Pereira was exposed to Taekwondo training immediately after she learned to walk in 2006 but officially began Taekwondo training since the school opened in Marlborough 2009.
