Detail: Our system is based on Bushidokan Self Defense along with the best of Jujitsu, Judo, Kick Boxing & grappling. Our mission is to become and train champions of life! Our Goals are the 4 C's. Confidence: Through self defense and self discipline. Martial artist develop confidence by learning to focus and build skills in fun classes! Our motto is " as real as possible, as safe as possible". Our school is based on family values and training in realistic self defense techniques. Conditioning: Fitness through fun! You can get fit with out getting hit in our cardio classes. We also train competitors at all levels! Character: Bruce lee said one cannot all himself a master of the art unless they master life! Jhoon Rhee said martial arts without philosophy is street fighting. Our goal is not to just train the art of self defense and champions of the sport, but champions of life. The principals and philosophy of martial art's will help you develop mind - body and spirit ! Community: As champions, we believe in fighting to make a positive impact on our communities. Our schools sponsors The Refuge Youth center to help Teens and youth fight for their destinies and overcome drugs, violence and choose to be champions of their lives!
