Detail: Our martial arts program is designed to offer a wide range of benefits for men, women and children of any age. Self defense offers students the awareness of one's surroundings and instruction of simple yet effective moves to protect one in case of threat. Fitness is another benefit. Students work up a sweat while conditioning, sparring, practicing kata and other fun and challenging activities. A creative outlet for expression is enjoyed as students help choreograph routines and then perform them as a member of the demonstration group, TeamKat. The self discipline and character development learned through this program translates to the real world as well. Students gain a positive attitude and knowledge of how to set and achieve goals.
