Detail: Kung Fu (Gong Fu), meaning “Time and Effort”, is a Chinese term used to describe martial arts that originated in China. Shaolin Kung Fu was developed by the Shaolin Monks of Northern China and is comprised of many different martial art systems. The Monks created this type of training for overall health, mental and physical conditioning, and self-defense. Their self defense skills were considered so impressive that these practitioners were called “Warrior Monks”! The primary aim of Shaolin Kung Fu is longevity of life, while enhancing its quality through mental and physical fitness. At the Chinese Shaolin Center of Caldwell we have been teaching traditional Shaolin Kung Fu for the Nampa and Caldwell area for 10 years. We are a full time facility offering our students unlimited classes at an affordable price. Our specialty consists of both the hard and softs styles of Kung Fu. Empty hand and weapons training, Animal Styles, Northern Fist and Southern Fist. Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Kua Chang, Hsing I Chuan and Chi Kung training. As well as ancient breathing and meditation techniques. Invest in yourself. Become healthier and fit while learning something that will protect you and your family. We offer 2 FREE classes to all new students. It’s easy to get started. Just stop by the school and walk through the door.
