Detail: Dickey's Karate & Martial Arts teaches Ryukyu Kempo, a wonderful art that encompasses striking, kicking, pinning and throwing. The art of Ryukyu Kempo is a life protection art that utilizes strikes to the body's pressure points in order to render the attacker unable to continue their attack. We teach these original techniques in their original form. Each strike is accompanied by the proper body change ensuring the effectiveness of the strike and providing total protection of the body. Proper body change allows the student to learn to have automatic explosive reaction to an attacker. As you learn and perfect the techniques, they will become as reactionary as your natural reactive systems.
