Detail: At Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu we are continually looking for players, new and old, novice or experienced to join our team of excellent players. Are you tired of sitting around watching TV? Are your children planted in front of a screen, playing tireless hours of video games? Then Sport Judo, Sport Jujitsu is the answer for you. It does not matter whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone looking to get in shape, Sport Judo, Sport Jujitsu is a sport that will condition your mind and body. Judo & Jujitsu will give you the self-defense skills necessary for everyday life. We are making some new changes here at Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu so our student's will get the best experience in Sport Judo, Sport Jujitsu. You and your child have choices as a student. Both boys & girls can train in Sport Judo, Sport Jujitsu. You decide what classes you want to take & train in. Starting in January 2012 our new Sport Judo class hours for juniors 5 to 12-years old will be from 5 pm to 6 pm. You have also asked for a Sport Jujitsu and self-defense program for juniors 6 to 12 yrs. old. We are now going to offer a special class Combination in Judo & Jujitsu starting from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Sport Judo, Sport Jujitsu will give you defensive skills, teach you discipline, and most importantly, BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE! What is so wonderful for children, is that these traits will often spill into other areas of their lives. We follow the traditional teachings of Judo founder, Dr. Jigaro Kano. Your training can be as little as two hours per week, or as dedicated as six days a week. Adults and teens are also encouraged to train in our Sport Judo & Sport Jujitsu program. Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu offers Juniors 5 to 12 yrs. and Adult's 13 yrs. & up Sport Judo / Sport Jujitsu. Classes are offered five to six days a week. Class times vary, but we will try and accommodate any schedule. All Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu Instructor's have been screened and Background Checked. A unique opportunity is available for you at Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu, the chance to play in a Olympic Sport. Sport Judo will help develop and build your self-esteem through the mastery of the sport, and the opportunity to compete in tournaments at the State, National, and International level. With each belt, your skills and confidence increase as you work towards the day you are awarded your Black Belt.
