Detail: Nihon Goshin Aikido is a complete Japanese system of self-defense consisting of throws, joint locks, nerve pressure points, grappling and strikes. By using the attacker’s weight and momentum, along with mind and body coordination, students of Nihon Goshin Aikido are able to defend themselves against adversaries of all sizes and skill levels. Our students learn more than just self-defense skills. Those who train with us benefit from improved flexibility, stress reduction, health and fitness.
