Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which began about 2,000 years ago as a form of military training. Loosely it means the art of foot and fist fighting. Here at our training facility or Dojang, we practice Olympic style Tae Kwon Do which is governed by The World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Our goal is to offer authentic, quality martial arts instruction in a fun, family-like and fulfilling learning environment. Our program will help improve your child’s respect for others, their physical fitness and self-confidence and help them display good sportsmanship. It has been shown that practicing a martial arts sport leads to better focus in school, better grades and builds confidence and self-esteem. Our program for adults makes it easy to get in shape, learn self defense techniques and releases stress and tension. It will also help you stay motivated and focused.
