Detail: The Sand Drift Aikido Doc Ryu Dojo Martial Arts Center teaches fundamental and advanced Aikido in both traditional and street self defense variations. We have a well rounded martial arts program that includes defenses against armed and unarmed attacks and weapons training. The study and practice of Aikido sharpens hand eye coordination, increases strength, power, and flexibility, while providing its practitioners with a practical means of self defense.
