Every level of physical capability is encouraged with personal attention by our family of instructors. The focus of our martial arts for beginners is first and foremost, character-development . Our students learn polite greetings, how to be aware of their surroundings, bully proofing and self-confidence skills. Once these skills are obtained, they are ready to learn the Martial Arts.
