The time spent with your child will increase their flexibility, stamina, integrity, and introduce them to the basics of martial arts. For Juniors we continue instilling the values of physical fitness as well as self respect and personal values. Kids absorb many things around them; our instructors are terrific influences for your child/children to be around. We teach by example, demonstrating that being a black belt on the mat translates into life as well. This means being polite, respectful, active, and committed. For Adults & Teens we offer many different styles of mixed martial arts and self defense classes. These forms of martial arts include Brazilian Jui Jitsu, kick boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Cage Fitness. Cage Fitness is a revolutionary low impact fitness program that maximizes stamina as well as building incredible core body strength.
