RCJ Machado Jiu-Jitsu picks up from all Elementary and Middle Schools in The Colony, as well as Hicks and Independence Elementary, and provides safe transportation to our facility on the corner of Paige and S. Colony Blvd each school day during the Lewisville ISD school year. There is no extra charge for in-service days when the children are out of school all day. You may drop off as early as 7:00am and pick up as late as 6:15pm. Pack a lunch on those days and we will have two classes with one in the morning at 10am and another in the afternoon at 4pm. If you have prepaid for a week and your child becomes ill, and only attends one or two days, we will credit the unused portion of that week to the next week. If you do not attend a week, you will not be charged.
We are in the Talent and Skills Business (Martial Arts)
We are a true Martial Arts School, not a daycare, and as such we are not in the supervision and care business but rather, the talent and skill business. The after school program is designed to work with kids from 5 - 13 years of age. This program has been perfected by Jim King since 1991.This is a week-to-week program provided as a constructive alternative to daycare, extended day at school and babysitting.
We are in the talent and skill business not the supervision and care business. The only reason to use our program is to learn the Martial Arts and its tenants that we teach: Exercise, Discipline, Respect, Manners, Self Defense and Self Esteem through earning Belt Ranks found nowhere else. These soft skills have been proven to carry over into your child's school, work, and home.

Summer Camp : Mon - Fri 7:00am - 6:00pm with Field Trips
Summer is just around the corner and RCJ Machado Jiu-Jitsu Summer Camp in The Colony is the perfect summer activity for your child! Summer camps operate weekly, Monday through Friday, during June, July (closed the week of the 4th of July), and August 2014, from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Make this summer a fun, exciting, and learning experience with multiple Field Trips every week. This Summer's field trips include visits to Going Bonkers, Heritage Museum, Interskate, Movies, Sci-Tech Museum, Frisco Fire Town for classes in Severe Weather, Fire Safety and Outdoor Safety. Spaces are limited!!!
