Seeing your child grow as both leaders and athletes is our ultimate goal. Our Program Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program includes a set of basic warm ups and drills that are specific to Jiu Jitsu, that focus on strengthening the core. After the warm ups, we teach the basic techniques that make up Jiu Jitsu, followed by repetitive training to learn the technique. The class ends with light sparring to work on stamina, conditioning and applying the techniques one learns. The exercise and physical activity they use in Jiu-Jitsu will help them with their balance, focus, coordination, and most importantly self confidence.
