Its movements are fluid and circular where one movement flows effortlessly into another movement. Chinese martial arts techniques are based on efficiency and effectiveness. Teoul Moon's martial arts instruction also includes insight into Oriental attitudes and culture. Incorporating many techniques from Karate, Tae kwon do, Aikido and others, Kung fu improves health, physical appearance, and coordination. It is said that there are 350 kung fu styles. It would take lifetimes to be trained in all what kung fu has to offer. Defend against, or better yet, prevent bullying, rape, or death. Learn how to defend against grabs of the hand, wrist, shirt, shoulders, front choke, rear choke, belt, arm locks, hair, and more. Learn defense techniques against a knife, sword, stick, and close up gun threats. Also learn joint locks, submissions, and manipulations. This is called "Chin Na" which means defense & restraining techniques. They may be also known as kempos, hapkido, or self defense techniques. Kung fu has 700 chin na techniques.
