Not only has he competed and won he has trained with only the best of the best. Master Tom has spent his life training and competing through out his career to reach a level of expertise that most instructors never reach. Master Tom was lucky enough to travel the world learning and improving his martial arts. Master Tom trained with the Gracies and Machados for years and received his black Belt from Francisco Mansur. On to France Master Tom trained with Rich Syilla and Count Baruzy to become the First American to travel to France and receive a Silver Glove in Savate.(French Kickboxing) He has also spent a few years in Korea training in Korean Karate. There is where he really learned his inter strength and knowledge of teaching children. Koreans strive on perfection. You don't get anything handed to you there until you really earn it. They are very much disciplined with there teachings. Master Tom brings his worldly experience to the mats at his school. Here is where you will learn the techniques and discipline of a Master.
