Detail: Our gym is very different than any other gym around. We are open from 12 PM - 9 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM - 1 PM on Saturday. As a member of our MMA program you can train all day everyday and you have access to all classes. We have classes every afternoon and all evening long in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA and we have a full gym that all members of any program can use to lift weights and do cardio anytime. We offer a variety of different programs such as our MMA program which includes every class, Boxing program which includes boxing everyday, and Muay Thai and Boxing (Striker’s Program). Even while classes are being held our separate gym area is available to all members of any program. We also have a separate Kids MMA program for ages 5-11yrs old. Our kids MMA program offers 2 classes each day, one in Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling and the other in Muay Thai Kickboxing. All of the kid’s classes focus on technique, self defense, discipline, honor and physical conditioning. Our goal is to help these kids attain skills and a work ethic that will last their entire life. As an added bonus, we allow the person who brings the child to class to use our gym to workout while the child is in class. We feature the fullest schedule and most classes daily of any gym in Philadelphia. We also sport the best facilities in Philadelphia, featuring a full octagon cage, a full 24’ boxing ring, a huge matted area and a full weight room.
