Detail: U.S. West Coast Taekwondo is a family-oriented martial arts center offering Taekwondo classes for adults, children, and families. Taekwondo at U.S. West Coast is taught as a defensive and competitive martial art where students develop skills in self-protection, physical fitness, and mental agility. In additon to self-defense, U.S. West Coast Taekwondo students improve reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, balance, endurance, and strength.
