Detail: The Moo Duk Kwan is a worldwide martial arts organization which was founded by the late Grandmaster Hwang Kee upon the liberation of Korea in 1945. The Moo Duk Kwan is devoted to improving human relations through training in the traditional martial art of Soo Bahk Do. As a worldwide organization, the Moo Duk Kwan maintains a high standard for instructors and students. All instructors are internationally certified and all rank promotions are administered on a national and international level. This means that all practitioners of Soo Bahk Do throughout the world are certified by the World Moo Duk Kwan. This unique structure maintains the integrity of our art and ensures that all practitioners will receive the best training experience possible. Oregon Moo Duk Kwan is the only studio in the state certified to teach the art of Soo Bahk Do.
