HOC instructors are all specialists in their own arts. You will learn fundamentals of Arjukenpo Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, Filipino Fighting Arts, Traditional Martial Arts Weapons, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Self Defense, and Cardio Fitness. The House of Champions has committed itself by empowering each and every person who walks through its doors. Through disciplined instruction, the Martial Arts strive to teach self-respect, self-esteem and self-confidence, in accordance with respecting one’s neighbor.
